We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage (please take picture); we will arrange for a prompt replacement.  

We accept returns with proper documentation (receipt or proof or purchase) up to 2 days after receipt of your purchase and refund only in the form of a LuxSpaceLiving store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift Cards are excluded from Returns. Under special circumstances we may agree to a refund, deducting a 30% restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns on special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of sale items.



Call, 239 900 6014, LuxSpaceLiving to receive information if product is eligible for return and to receive a return reference authorization number. We are available to take your call 10:00-5:00 Monday-Friday.

You are responsible for appropriately packaging your return item and you are responsible for the cost to ship the return to LuxSpaceLiving, Naples, FL. Exact address will be provided once Return has been confirmed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

All items purchased at the LuxSpaceLiving showroom / design center are final and cannot be returned.
