We want you to love what you purchase but we know that once in awhile something just doesn't work. Returns are no problem.
We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage (please take picture); we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
We accept returns with proper documentation (receipt or proof or purchase) up to 2 days after receipt of your purchase and refund only in the form of a LuxSpaceLiving store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift Cards are excluded from Returns. Under special circumstances we may agree to a refund, deducting our individually assessed expenses for such transaction.
We cannot accept returns on special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of sale items.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
For your convenience we include a return form with each package. Indicate the reason for return and whether you would like a replacement, exchange, refund in the form of a LuxSpaceLiving store credit.

You are responsible for appropriately packaging your return item and you are responsible for the cost to ship the return to LuxSpaceLiving 6382 Old Mahogany Ct, Naples, FL 34109. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You may bring your return to our LuxSpaceLiving showroom for exchange, replacement, or refund in form of a store credit.
